I think this is the one recipe that i get asked the most questions about so i decided to cooking in real time (ish) to help you all see how easy it is to cook but more importantly how easy the sauce can thicken and for me the trick is to decide how much sauce you want to leave over the chicken and if your not sure i would suggest when the sauce starts to look thick take it off the heat and let it sit for a couple of seconds and see how it looks you can always put it back on the heat and reduce it further down.
