slow cooker Chicken Teriyaki

When you need a takeway but its mid week and you know its not an option then try this – this is my type of cooking you wont believe how simple it is to cook its basically a chop and chuck it all in job and now thats what i like!!! It tasted amazing considering it took all of 5 mins to prep …now if you dont have a slow cooker you can still make this in the oven or on the hob if your making it on the hob i would suggest using chicken strips or dice to ensure the chicken cooks quickly.

You may also need to adjust the sauce at the end by adding more water to create more liquid which is what i had to do or you may need to thicken the sauce by adding cornflour (i didnt need to do this) my suggestion is cook it and make the decision at the end.
